Dining in downtown Granite Falls –
On the north end of Granite Falls, the American Legion is located right next to the river serving nightly specials and features a full bar and outdoor seating. Bluenose Gopher Public House serves paninis, local beer and wine and live music with a 1920s theme. Their deck, gazebo and outdoor space has a beautiful river view. A Taste in Time is a 1950’s old fashioned ice cream parlor, soda fountain and sandwich shop. Granite Bowl has homemade pizza and other goodies on their menu with a full bar, closed during the summers. The Kiwanis Popcorn Stand is a 100 year old tradition open nightly in the summer months serving hot buttered popcorn and 1919 Root Beer. Falls Cafe and Canoe is known for it’s unique breakfast menu and canoe and kayak rental, opening in 2021. Jimmy’s Pizza offers delivery with a variety of menu items. Carl’s Bakery has breakfast and lunch as well as a variety of yummy bakery items and local grown meats and produce for sale, indoor and outdoor dining.
Dining on Highway 212 and beyond –
Granite Grinder and Gifts on east Hwy 212 features coffee, soup and sandwich items as well as a gift shop with a fun eclectic decor and outdoor space. Hardees is also on east 212 . Casey’s and Cenex are at the 212 and 67 intersection have pizza and deli sections. Subway and Granite Dairy Queen are across the street from each other on west Hwy 212. Almich’s Market has great take out options and an outdoor seating area. Tolley’s Bar and Grill is located west on Hwy 212 with delicious pizza plus other menu items and a full bar in Granite Falls’ original speakeasy. The Rock is located on the west end of Granite Falls on 11th Ave and is famous for their ribs and steaks with special drinks and a full bar with outside seating. Located on Hwy 67 east, Granite Run Golf Course has a full menu and bar with a patio overlooking the golf course. Prairie’s Edge Casino Resort on Hwy 23 south has a variety of dining options including a new tap room with patio seating in the non-smoking casino.
